Perfected Rasengan

Well, this is the perfected version of the Rasengan. I first set out to make it 2 years ago, succeeded, and then lost the Photoshop CS4 file xD I then attempted to recreate it with Photoshop Elements 8.0 a few months ago, and ended up with my The Storm deviation. (see my gallery owo)

Made with Photoshop CS4 from scratch, as in with a black background and adding blue blobs before using effects on them >>
